Nordic News has historically lacked in broadcast journalism, this year through helping with producing and editing some of our videos, I helped instigate a new aspect of journalism Nordic News is integrating into.

With the rise of digital media, broadcast journalism has evolved and expanded into various forms of content, including podcasts, social media live streams, and webinars. This has allowed for greater accessibility to news coverage, breaking down geographical barriers and reaching a wider audience.
At the moment, I am leading a group of reporters who are producing a podcast as a new medium to connect with our audience. The goal of the podcast is to bring together members of our community who may not typically interact with each other and allow them to have a conversation. We believe that this will provide a unique opportunity to showcase the diversity within our school and the broader community.
Through the production of our podcast, we hope to not only provide a new and innovative form of journalism to our audience, but to also showcase the diverse voices and perspectives within our community. We believe that by highlighting different perspectives, we can promote a greater understanding and appreciation for the unique experiences of those around us.
To prepare we came up with creative yet entertaining questions. Our questions were more relaxed. We aimed to discuss questions relating to the teachers. As the lead of the podcast project, I have been working closely with our team of reporters to ensure that our podcast reflects the values and mission of Nordic News. Our team has spent countless hours brainstorming and developing questions that are not only informative but also entertaining for our audience. We understand the importance of making sure our questions are tailored to each guest and their unique experiences, as this will allow for a more meaningful conversation.
The podcast has also provided us with the opportunity to experiment with new storytelling techniques, such as sound design and music. By incorporating these elements, we hope to create an immersive and engaging experience for our listeners. Additionally, we plan to promote our podcast on social media platforms to reach a wider audience and encourage participation from our community.
